This vintage original poster was created by the artist Kenneth S. Fagg and issued by the United States Treasury in 1947 to promote the sale of U.S. Savings Bonds. This poster features an American farmer driving a tractor through a crop field filled with United States Savings Bonds under the tagline For future harvests…plant the crop that never fails.

The poster’s artist Kenneth Fagg had a long and prolific career as a commercial artist and illustrator producing numerous magazine covers including covers for the science fiction magazine IF. Fagg was also a co-creator of the world's largest geophysical relief globe, exhibited at the 1958 Brussels World's Fair.

This vintage original poster is folded as issued and doesn’t appear to have ever been hung up or used. Overall condition is near mint excellent.
