This is a group of three vintage original lobby cards, including the title lobby card, for the 1962 first American release of the Japanese kaiju science fiction monster movie Mothra. This film was directed by Ishirō Honda, featured special effects by Eiji Tsuburaya and was produced and distributed by Toho Co., Ltd. This movie was the first in the Mothra franchise and starred Frankie Sakai, Hiroshi Koizumi, Kyōko Kagawa, Jerry Ito, and The Peanuts among others.
All three lobby cards have pressbook clippings for other movies pasted on verso which do not affect the front side. Overall condition is otherwise very good for these vintage originals with just light handling wear and strong color.
