This vintage original TWA poster was produced in the 1950s probably by David Klein who created many wonderful posters for the airline in the 1950s and 1960s. This colorful poster features a Bedouin tending to his camel with a view of the Great Pyramid and Great Sphinx of Giza in the background. This scene from the ancient world is given a Mid-Century Modern flourish with the added graphic of a modern TWA jet streaking across a brilliant blue sky.

This vintage original poster has been professionally linen backed and minor defects expertly repaired including mitigation to short tears without paper loss on the top edge and the upper right side. Slight abrasions along the upper left edge have been skillfully addressed. The poster retains striking color and displays beautifully. Overall condition is very good.
