This charming Mid-Century travel poster was created by Joseph Binder for United Air Lines to promote San Francisco as a travel destination. In Binder’s Modernist depiction of the city’s colorful Chinatown something unseen in a shop window captures the attention of sharp dressed visitors as a distant jet passes overhead.
