This vintage original banner style poster was issued by the United States Treasury in 1942 to help promote the sale of war bonds. This poster features a patriotic red, white and blue color scheme with a graphic of an airplane flying overhead. The words Keep It Up appear across the wingspan of the airplane with additional block capital text that reads BUY UNITED STATES WAR BONDS. The lower margin indicates this poster was produced by the United States Government Printing Office in 1942.
This poster has no tape or pinholes and shows moderate handling wear, a bit of light scattered foxing in places, a lateral fold and some toning from age. Overall condition is very good.
