This is an original Vietnam War era “I Want You For U.S. Army” recruiting poster that features the iconic James Montgomery Flagg Uncle Sam image first issued during WWI. This is a window card style poster printed on cardboard measuring about 11” x 14”. The lower margin is printed “RPI-223 June 1968 U.S. Government Printing Office 1968" so thus the date. This vintage original window card style poster shows light handling wear including slight creasing and light bumping to upper left corner and on the edges in places. This poster has no tape, pinholes or staining and overall condition is very good.
