This vintage original window card style poster was created by the prolific American illustrator Norman Rockwell and issued to help promote membership in the American Red Cross. Rockwell renders an image typical of the photorealism style that characterized his work showing a folksy scene of an avuncular fellow carefully positioning a Red Cross sticker on his window as his faithful companion dog looks on intently. This is a window card style poster printed one side only on lightweight cardboard. Rockwell’s name appears in print in the lower right hand corner of the image.

This vintage original window card poster is in excellent condition showing just light handling wear and modest toning from age. The upper right corner is very slightly bumped. This poster is free or tape or pinholes and was probably never used. Overall condition is excellent.
